The Programme

The programme is subject to change at the discretion of the organisers. We hope that any changes would be additions to the programme!

Event Cancellation

If we had to cancel the event we would of course offer a full refund.

Ticket prices 2026

Staying Offsite: £220 Early Bird / £245 Full Price

Campervan: £250 Early Bird / £275 Full Price

Dormitory (bring your own bedding): £260 Early Bird / £285 Full Price

Payment Method

Preferred payment method is by bank transfer to Hans’s (UK) bank account - account details will be sent once we’ve received your booking form.

🪱 Early Bird Bookings

To qualify for the Early Bird Discount, your booking form must be submitted and your deposit (or full payment, if you wish to pay in one lump sum) must be received on or before 10th September 2026.

You need to complete your payments according to your chosen ticket option, with the final payment due by 10th November 2026. 

🐭 Full Price Bookings

All bookings made after 10th September 2026 will be for Full Price tickets. 

Paying in Instalments

If you wish to pay in instalments, your booking form must be submitted and your deposit must be received on or before 10th October 2026.

Paying in one lump sum

You’re welcome to pay in a lump sum if that’s simpler. Lump some payments may be partially refundable if you need to cancel – see HansCamp Cancellation Policy below.

All bookings made AFTER 10th October 2026 must be paid for in full at the time of booking.

HansCamp Cancellation Policy

Tickets are non-transferable, but as HansCamps often sell out we keep a reserve list which often has several names on it. If you think you might have to cancel, please let us know as early as possible, so we can ready the reserves!

All deposits and instalments are non-refundable, except if the event sells out AND we can resell your ticket for the full price, in which case we’ll give you a full refund minus a £20 administration fee. 

Cancellation Refunds for Lump-Sum Payments: If you've paid a lump sum before 10th October and then need to cancel, we'll refund any difference between the amount you've paid and the amount required to be paid by the date of your cancellation if you'd been paying for the same ticket in instalments. If the event sells out AND we can resell your ticket for the full price, we’ll give you a full refund minus a £20 administration fee.

We hope you understand that we need to be fair to everyone involved in organising and participating in HansCamp North, and we thank you all for your understanding, consideration and prompt payment!
